Request a free 20 minute consult to say hello, discuss your goals, and learn how I can support you in achieving your goals.

Once you've had your consult,  I'll send over a clear private lessons proposal outlining the plan we've discussed.

Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your private lesson schedule!

You Have 2 options to choose from:

Virtual lessons provide you with the same options as in person lessons, but from the comfort of your own home or studio. In your free consult we'll discuss your goals and what you want to focus on (dance movement quality, health and daily life balance, choreography and technique, physical fitness...). Then tailor a plan to support your specific dance and wellness goals.

Learn new skills that'll help you to achieve your dance dreams with personalized attention in the studio! In your consult, we will tailor a training program based on areas you want to focus on to take your dancing to the next level–choreography, technical training, enhanced movement quality, etc. As well as focus on body mobility, strength training, and myofascial release for dancers to infuse your training with important support for maintaining a healthy dance life.
